The official welcome event will be held at Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery, offering delegates an evening of relaxed networking within one of Tasmania’s most iconic cultural institutions. Featuring Tasmanian food, beverages, and hospitality, the cocktail function provides the perfect opportunity to reconnect with colleagues and welcome delegates to Hobart.

Delegates will travel via charter bus to Frogmore Creek Cellar Door & Restaurant for the Assembly Gala Dinner — a showcase of Tasmania’s renowned food, wine, and hospitality. Set against the backdrop of the vineyard, the evening will feature premium local produce, entertainment, and celebrations.

The Assembly concludes with a relaxed farewell brunch, giving delegates one final opportunity to connect, reflect on the weekend, and continue conversations before departing Hobart.
